How can I ensure my registration gets approved?

For Ultimate Screen Protector Registrations:

• A receipt or proof of purchase, clearly displaying the transaction details, including the retailer's name, purchase date, and product purchased;
• Device Model;
• Device IMEI Number;
• Device IMEI Serial Number; AND
• A photo of the device screen (front) to demonstrate a proper application of our product.
  • This will enable us to verify your device and ensure correct application.
  • This can be done using another phone or a mirror selfie showing the device screen if you do not have access to another phone.

For Ultimate Bundle Registrations:

• A receipt or proof of purchase, clearly displaying the transaction details, including the retailer's name, purchase date, and product purchased;
• Device Model;
• Device IMEI Number;
• Device IMEI Serial Number; AND
• A photo of the device screen (front) and device body and camera area (back) to demonstrate the proper application of our product.
  • This will enable us to verify your device and ensure correct application.
  • This can be done using another phone or a mirror selfie showing the device screen AND device back area if you do not have access to another phone.
